Youth Recreation League: Age Groups
♦ 4/5 Year Old Division
Games will be played on the Saturdays.
All teams will practice for the first 30 minutes then scrimmage for 45 minutes (20 minute halves with 5 minute half-time.)
Each game will have a referee and their job will be to help the players understand the rules and let the kids to play.
Game Format: 4 vs 4 (no goalkeepers) No evaluations for this age group
♦ 6/7 Year Old Division
Teams will have 9 practices and 8 games in 9 weeks
Games and practices will be played on our outdoor turf fields.
Practices: 5:00-6:00 on Wednesday or Friday
Games: Saturdays between 12-3pm
Games Format: 6v6- 5 field players + 1 GK
Evaluations will be held prior to making teams
Evaluations date and times: February 27th at 10:00am-11:00am
♦ 8/9 Year Old Division
Teams will have 9 practices and 8 games in 9 weeks
Games and practices will be played on our outdoor turf fields.
Practices: 5:00-6:00 on Tuesdays or 6:00-7:00 on Wednesday or Friday
Games: Saturdays from 12-3
Games Format: 5vs5 (4 field players + 1 GK)
Evaluations will be held prior to making teams
Evaluations date and times: February 27th at 11:00am-12:00am

The Adult Strength and Conditioning class is fantastic. The trainers do a great job leading the group and pushing everyone to improve themselves. The classes are held at several different times every day, so there is plenty of flexibility to fit a class into your schedule. Highly recommend for beginners up to experienced athletes. The trainers will coach you based on your individual ability while still training as a group. Lots of fun.
