With access to our indoor and outdoor spaces, customizable sports/activities, and a dedicated coach running the action, SportHQ parties are active, engaging, and easy to plan. Fields, Courts, and Spaces Available To Rent
SportHQ offers flexible indoor and outdoor rental spaces for teams, training sessions, private events, competitions, meetings, and more. From our courts and turf fields to open event space, our facility is designed to support a wide variety of athletic and community experiences in a high-energy, professional environment.
Getting Started
All SportHQ rentals begin with creating a SportHQ account and completing our general waiver. Once your account is active, our team will help coordinate your requested rental dates, times, and space availability before sending over an invoice to officially secure your booking. After your account and waiver are completed, simply contact our team to begin the scheduling process.
All rentals are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis, and time slots are not guaranteed until payment has been received.
Payment Policy
All rentals must be paid in full before facility access is granted. Invoices are paid upfront via credit card or ACH. Cash payments must be completed at the front desk prior to the rental start time.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the rental. Approved cancellations may be issued as account credit at the discretion of SportHQ and must be used within 180 days.
