September Adult Futsal Tournament

Think you’ve got what it takes? The SportHQ Adult Futsal Tournament brings together teams of 5 for a fast-paced, competitive indoor futsal experience on our full-size futsal court. Whether you’re a seasoned futsal player or coming from an outdoor soccer background, this tournament is built for adults who love the game and want to compete.

How It Works

Every team starts in the group stage, where you’ll face each team in your group once in 10-minute matches. The top 2 teams from each group advance to the knockout stage, where it’s single elimination all the way to the championship. Every match matters from the opening whistle.

Open to all skill levels. Register your team and come ready to play.

How to Register

Registration is handled online through our registration platform. To sign up, visit our tournament page and click Register — you’ll be prompted to log in or create a free account. From there, select your package, complete any required waivers, and submit your payment to confirm your spot.

Registering as a Team

One player acts as the team captain and registers the team. Once registered, the captain receives a shareable invite link to send to teammates — each player joins and pays through that same link. Payments are applied to the team balance in real time, so the fee can be split however your team decides.

Pickup Friday Futsal

Pickup Friday Futsal is your weekly dose of fast-paced, small-sided futsal where players of all levels and ages come together to compete, connect, and have fun. Whether you’re looking to sharpen your skills, get a solid workout, or just be part of a great community. Friday nights at SportHQ are the perfect way to end the week.
Come solo or bring a friend  — good competition and a welcoming environment are waiting every Friday.

The Adult Strength and Conditioning class is fantastic. The trainers do a great job leading the group and pushing everyone to improve themselves. The classes are held at several different times every day, so there is plenty of flexibility to fit a class into your schedule. Highly recommend for beginners up to experienced athletes. The trainers will coach you based on your individual ability while still training as a group. Lots of fun.
