Futsal Elite

What is the Futsal Elite Program?

The Futsal Elite Program is an advanced training experience designed to sharpen players’ technical ability, speed of play, and overall game intelligence. Led by professional coaches, Luis Paiva and Kupono Low, sessions take place in a fast-paced, high-touch environment where players are constantly challenged to think quicker, play faster, and perform under pressure.

Training focuses on ball mastery, decision-making, and creativity in tight spaces — skills that transfer directly to the outdoor game. Players build confidence, improve control, and develop habits that carry into real match situations.

Built for players who are serious about improving, Futsal Elite provides consistent, high-level training year-round to help athletes gain an edge and carry that confidence and performance into their next season.

Fall Session Dates: August 16th – November 1st

Futsal Juniors (Ages 5-7)

Our Futsal Elite Juniors introduces players to futsal in an engaging and supportive setting. The focus is on coordination, comfort on the ball, and technical fundamentals, giving players the foundation to develop their skills and understanding of the game. Sessions are designed to build confidence through fun, purposeful training guided by our professional coaching staff.

Juniors: Sundays, 3 – 4 pm

Futsal Elite (U8 – U15)

Futsal Elite: Academy is designed for players who are ready to take their game to the next level. Building on the fundamentals introduced in Juniors or other prior futsal/soccer training, this program challenges players with more structured training, faster decision-making, and a greater emphasis on technical development in game-like situations.

Players develop 1v1 ability, passing and receiving under pressure, off-ball movement, and an introduction to futsal tactics — all within a competitive yet supportive environment led by our professional coaching staff.

Our players don’t just train — they compete. Futsal Elite is built with a broader vision of developing players and teams ready for consistent futsal tournament play and regional-level competition.

The Adult Strength and Conditioning class is fantastic. The trainers do a great job leading the group and pushing everyone to improve themselves. The classes are held at several different times every day, so there is plenty of flexibility to fit a class into your schedule. Highly recommend for beginners up to experienced athletes. The trainers will coach you based on your individual ability while still training as a group. Lots of fun.

—Frank Cullen

I like how Taylor helps us through the drill/workout, not just telling us what to do at the beginning, but also correcting our errors throughout the workout.

My children have been coming to SportHQ for years. It did not matter if we were coming for a performance training session, futsal league or summer sports day camp, it was always a great experience.
