Boxing Coach, ACE Certified

I grew up in Raleigh, North Carolina and started boxing when I was 13 years old. I started competing at 14 and after developing a passion for the technique I fell in love with teaching the sport. I found that what draws me the most to my profession is helping people reach their fitness goals and seeing them push themselves to be a better person. I am a ACE certified personal trainer and currently working towards my nutritionist certification. I have been training for about 3 years now and look forward to continue impacting lives in a positive way through health and fitness.
