2017 WINTER LEDA PERFORMANCE


If you are looking to add great performance training at SportHQ in combination with your LEDA training, you have come to the right place. SportHQ is dedicated to transforming your athlete in to a dominant, mentally tough competitor in sport and in life. HQPerformance trainers are committed to working with dedicated youth athletes to push boundaries and reach peak performance levels. Our most successful athletes train year round (in-season too), buy in to the process and are consistent in effort and attendance.

We challenge you to make performance a priority!LEDA athlete performance training will be held three days a week. LEDA athletes will join our regular small group training, where adjustments are made for sport specific and athlete

  • Monday’s,Tuesdays and Thursdays
  • Pricing options for Two Days a week and Three Days a week from November 6th through January 31st
  • U8 thru U12 at 4:45pm to 6pm
  • U13 thru U18 at 545pm to 7pm
  • Saturday Training for U13 to U18 9:15am to 10:30am
  • Performance training starts Monday November 6th, 2017

Key Features:

  • During the Winter we will emphasize improving the athletes:
    • First step, acceleration & sprint mechanics
    • Short area quickness for offensive and defensive players
    • Distance sprints, catch-up speed & recovery
    • Strength & power training relative to the athletes individual needs
    • Mobility & Flexibility – teach proper recovery methods

    Our Goal for our athletes is to develop the skills and athleticism to transfer smoothly and improve to their outdoor game

    Price for LEDA Athletes:

    • $225 for two days a week
    • $275 for three days a week
    • (Please bring exercise shoes and cleats to every training session. Always bring a hydration source!)
