Summer 2016 Performance Program

If you want to use the summer of 2016 to get into the best physical shape possible, we have the program for you!

This is a small group training program that runs for ten weeks during the summer.

You can train six days a week if you like, or however many times a week fits into your schedule!

And we even have a training option for Adults!


Performance Program

Duration: 10-week small group training program starting June 13th and ending August 28th (no training the week of July 4th)

Age Groups: Sessions are divided for Elementary School, Middle School and High School age small group training.

Evaluations: For new performance customers, the summer will start with an evaluation. For all customers we will end the summer with an evaluation. Plus we will be testing various dimensions throughout the summer.

Training Times:
Elementary Age – 4 to 5pm Monday thru Friday
Middle School Age – 5 to 6pm Monday thru Friday
High School and College Age – 6 to 7pm Monday thru Friday
Saturday at 10am – All ages
Yoga – Wednesday from 6pm to 7pm (strongly suggested for High School and College Age, strongly encouraged for everyone)

*With permission from a trainer, you may attend a training session with a different age group (e.g., HS training with Middle School)

Trainer to Athlete Ratio: We keep a tighter ratio with younger athletes to ensure proper form is being used
Elementary and Middle School: 8:1 or under ratio
High School Age: 15:1

Price prior to June 6th (price will increase $50 after June 6th):
Elementary and Middle School: $275
High School: $225

Also a participant in the Summer Futsal Academy: $125 (will allow you to attend additional training beyond the performance training provided during the futsal academy and will allow you to continue performance training into August)

Adult Small Group: We also have offer small group training for adults. We currently run these sessions at 7am (men) and 8am (women) but are willing to train at other times if we have between 4 and 8 adults interested in an alternative time.  Please complete this link to let us know you are also interested in getting into great shape:  Adult Performance Training
