Crickett (Corey) Bankston

Crickett, a graduate of Greensboro College, was a two-sport athlete, playing football for four seasons and finished his last season of eligibility playing lacrosse. He graduated with a BS in Exercise Science dual concentrations in Exercise Studies and Sport Behavior as well as a BS in Psychology. While in school he worked at the Nike Coach of the Year Clinic in Orlando Florida and completed internships with the Greensboro College football team and at Proehlific Sports Performance (PSP). Upon completing his internship at Proehlific Sports Performance, he began working there as a sports performance coach, where he worked with several championship athletes and teams. After graduating, to earn more experience; he was given the opportunity to work as the volunteer strength and conditioning coach for the Greensboro College Men’s Lacrosse Team for a year, where he and another volunteer coach designed and led training sessions. Crickett moved to Raleigh soon after that, and is excited to return to training and developing athletes, not only physically but mentally as well. You can contact Crickett at email@example.com.
Aaron Wagner grew up in north Texas where he played high school football. He moved to North Carolina after graduating high school and attended East Carolina University and graduated with a BS degree as a Health Fitness Specialist. During college Aaron completed an internship at Athletic Lab in Cary, NC where he helped lead middle school and high school aged athletes through various strength and conditioning exercises. Aaron is a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and has received a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification. HQPerformance Adult Fitness Coordinator
Kayleigh has had a passion for fitness all her life. She studied Exercise and Sport Science at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and has worked as both a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor here in the Triangle for almost 10 years. Within that span of time, she has also worked as the performance and injury prevention trainer within a local soccer club and training program. She loves coming alongside people of all ages and fitness/athletic backgrounds to push them to that next respective level of fitness and wellness. She is passionate about injury prevention and total-body fitness, and believes in incorporating all aspects of fitness into every workout.
