Individual Training with HQ Performance provides exceptional training tailored specifically to the athletes needs and sport. The one on one training with our Performance Specialists is the quickest way to achieve your athletic goals. If you are a Middle School or High School athlete looking to transition to college, starting with a new sport, coming back from and injury or just want to get in athletic shape, Individual Training is for you. We are not exclusive to any specific sports or level of athlete.

We offer Individual Training in packages of 12, 24, and 48 sessions. These sessions are flexible and can be arranged to best fit your schedule. Please complete the form and we will contact you to arrange for your custom Individual Training program. Ages 7+
