My children have been coming to SportHQ for years. It did not matter if we were coming for a performance training session, futsal league or summer sports day camp, it was always a great experience.
Elite Performance Training
A 1.5 hour class Mon-Thurs for college athletes that focuses on making our athletes faster, stronger, and healthier. Each class will consist of a warm-up, mobility, strength, and speed/agility training. Two days a week the emphasis will be heavier on speed/agility training and the other days will have more of an emphasis on strength training, but both types will be incorporated daily. Unlike some facilities, we at SportHQ are focused on making athletes better at their sport, rather than how much weight they are able to put on a barbell. We accomplish this through explosive movements for power, as well as stabilizing movements to keep your athlete healthy and on the court or field!
Make-Up Class (Friday)
A time for athletes to make up workouts they missed from the College Performance Mon-Thurs class. There will be a coach present to assist with the program, and to correct form, but there won’t be a class taught because each athlete will be doing a different workout. If an athlete already came Mon-Thurs that week, they are more than welcome to come to this class and redo a workout from earlier in the week, or do a personal workout with a SportHQ coaches permission. A new program won’t be written for this day, it is just a time to make up sessions or get some extra work in.
