Looking to have a dedicated Summer training program to get you in the best shape of your life? Running from June 15 – September 15 we will be offering our Summer Intensive Training Program. Our Summer Intensive will be for athletes, ages 7-18 in a small group setting with a variety of sessions for different ages and abilities. For $399 our Summer Intensive Program promises to have you ready for a successful Fall Season and beyond.

Summer Intensive Training Schedule

Youth – ages (7-12)

Monday – Friday – 4 or 5pm

Teen – ages(13-18)

Monday, Wednesday, Friday – 6pm

All Ages

Saturday – 10am

Tuesday, Thursday – 6pm (Yoga for Athletes)
