HQ PERFORMANCE WINTER 2017: ADVANCED HIGH SCHOOL & COLLEGIATE ATHLETE TRAINING


GOAL: TO IMPROVE EACH ATHLETES STRENGTH, SPEED, CONDITIONING, MENTAL TOUGHNESS AND ATHLETICISM.

TRAINING PROGRAM DESIGNED TO PREP SPRING SPORT ATHLETES AND START THE OFF-SEASON FOR FALL/WINTER ATHLETES.

TRAINING WILL FOCUS ON:

  • Sprint mechanics / first step & acceleration
  • Offensive & Defensive Agility / Footwork
  • Power Development / Posterior chain
  • Strength & Conditioning *sport & athlete specific
  • Challenge Training for mental toughness & focus
  • Joint strength & maintenance / Mobility / Injury risk reduction

SESSIONS ARE IN A SMALL GROUP ATMOSPHERE AND ARE FOR THE SERIOUS ATHLETE. TRAINING IS CUSTOMIZED FOR THE SPORT THEN THE ATHLETE.

  • START DATE: DECEMBER 11TH
  • END DATE: JANUARY 18TH
  • OFF DAYS: DECEMBER 23rd THROUGH 30th*
  • TRAINING DAYS: MONDAYS, TUESDAYS, THURSDAYS / SATURDAYS
  • TIME: 9:30 – 11AM (DON’T BE LATE!!!!!) / SATURDAYS 9:15am – 10:30
  • TRAINING DATES:
    • DECEMBER: 11th, 12th, 14th, 16th,18th, 19th, 21st
    • JANUARY: 1st, 2nd, 4th, 6th, 8th, 9th,11th, 13th, 15th, 16th & 18th
  • COST:
    • $175 – Before December 1st
    • $225 – After December 1st
  • OVER 18 OPPORTUNITIES TO TRAIN. YOGA & ACCESS TO RESPONSE PHYSICAL THERAPY INCLUDED.
