SportHQ is a state of the art, 50,000 sq ft indoor/outdoor training facility located in Cary, North Carolina. Open to all athletic fields, this facility is geared towards helping athletes become all that they strive to become in their sports. With industry leading equipment and certified professional staff SportHQ offers all the keys to successful sports training.  From personal training workouts, to team workouts and practices, SportHQ is your professional training facility.

How This Place Works

We have consolidated our organizations under the HQ brand. Instead of Apex Soccer, Apex Futsal, 3D Golf etc., we train all of our respective sports as a part of SportHQ. So if you are looking to improve your outdoor soccer game with our supplemental HQ Futsal leagues or academies, we can also help you improve your overall athleticism including speed, strength, and agility at our state of the art sports performance center, HQ Performance.  Your membership goes beyond basic sports training.  We will work with you to make sure you get the most out of everything SportHQ has to offer.
