Any of our current athletes are invited to attend Open Lift sessions from noon to 2 p.m. on Monday through Friday. If you are not currently enrolled in one of our programs, you can participate in Open Lift by registering for single sessions or monthly memberships.
Open Lift sessions are not lead by a performance specialist. Athletes are free to workout however they choose. If you would like to learn more about Open Lift or if you would like to register please click here
